Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? Here's the policy in plain English β€” and what to do next.

01 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused cases in original condition β€” charms intact, protective film on, original packaging if you have it.

Not happy with your custom or personalized case? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Every case is handcrafted to your exact specifications, and we stand behind that work.

02 Problem With Your Order

If your case arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, submit a ticket through our contact page within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship a free replacement β€” or refund you in full, including original shipping. Your call.

03 Starting a Return

Visit our contact page and submit a ticket with your order number and a brief note on what you're returning and why. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address and packing instructions.

Hold on to your tracking number β€” return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

04 Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 1–2 business days and issue your refund to the original payment method. Most refunds post within 5–7 business days after that.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong thing.

05 Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges β€” the fastest path is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for what you want.

If you need a different phone model and your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us through our contact page β€” we can usually update it before production starts.

06 Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase β€” before production begins β€” receive a full refund. Once your case is in production, cancellation isn't possible; each case is assembled by hand to order. Submit a ticket through our contact page anyway β€” if there's any room, we'll find it.


Our 90-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee

We stand behind every case we make. Manufacturing defects that appear within 90 days of delivery are covered β€” submit a ticket through our contact page with photos and we'll sort it out. Normal wear and accidental damage aren't included.
